Instagram is the most engaged social media platform right now. If I had to build up a presence prior to a big event, I would find my target customers with Instagram hashtags and/or locations. I’d like one or two of a target customer’s relevant photos, leave a comment and follow them in hopes that they would take a similar interest in my own account.
